Becky Gann
Becky Gann a member of our illustrious Housekeeping Department has been with Monark Grove for 2.5 years.
A split native of both Alabama and Indiana she grew in Pleasant Grove as well Indianapolis. Becky, a wife of six years, mother, and a grandmother. She has two natural sons along with two bonus kiddos, a daughter, and another son with eight grandkids and one on the way.
Becky loves conversing with the residents and taking in all their sage advice. “They have the best sense of humor, we share laughs, and some have even prayed for me.”

Kentasia Smith
Kentasia Smith with the heart of a physician has been serving as a caregiver and medtech with Monark Grove for 3 years.
A native of sweet Home Alabama by way of Sylacauga. She has a daughter that she absolutely adores. When not serving Kentasia is sharing quality time with her family, traveling, and enjoying some good reading.
Kentasia loves having the opportunity to support the residents. “Providing companionship to the residents means the world.”
