Associate of the Month

Amy has been part of The Overlook family for a little over a year and truly enjoys coming to work each day to serve our residents and make a difference. Her caring heart and positive attitude shine through in everything she does, and she is always willing to lend a helping hand—no matter the task!

Amy is motivated by a simple but meaningful philosophy: “Treat others with respect because you never know what someone may
be going through.” She strives to continue growing, learning, and becoming the best server she can be for our residents.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys learning to play new musical instruments and spending time with her children. One of her goals is to inspire her kids to follow their passions and hopefully make a meaningful impact in the senior living industry someday.
