Katie Bobrosky
Executive Director
The senior living industry has held my heart since the first day I stepped into an assisted living community. I began my career in high school as a server, where I quickly discovered a deep compassion for older adults—one that ultimately shaped my academic focus at the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!
My husband shares that same passion for service as a firefighter in the Atlanta area, and together we are driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in senior living communities across California, Alabama, and Georgia, gaining valuable experience and developing best practices that foster a culture we are proud to have residents call home.
I lead with an open-door mindset and a commitment to transparency. Through both the challenges and the successes, I strive to be a strong supporter, advocate, and trusted partner for those I serve.
Kristy Creighton
Sales and Marketing Director
After a successful career as a mortgage underwriter, I chose to step away from the workforce to focus on raising my two children. During those years, I remained actively involved in my community, serving as PTO President at my children’s school until my son graduated. As that chapter came to a close, I began exploring a new professional path and discovered my passion in the senior living industry.
I started my senior living career as an Assistant Business Office Manager and was quickly promoted to Sales Advisor, where I found my true calling. Helping seniors and their families navigate important life transitions has become the most rewarding part of my work. I am passionate about building meaningful relationships, providing guidance and support, and helping families find the right solutions to meet their loved ones’ needs. My background in customer service, leadership, and relationship-building allows me to approach each family with compassion, empathy, and a commitment to exceptional service.

These roles have strengthened my skills in employee relations, compliance, onboarding, training, and administrative oversight.
Raised by my grandmother, I developed a deep love and respect for seniors early in life. That connection has shaped my career and fuels my passion for serving older adults with dignity and compassion. I consider it an honor to come to work each day in a senior living environment.
