Associate of the Month

Chloe Oliveros

Chloe Oliveros Associate of the Month

We are thrilled to recognize Chloe as The Oscar’s Employee of the Month this month. Chloe has been with us for six months, and in that short time, she has made a significant impact on our community.
She quickly found her place here, and her dedication and hard work earned her a promotion to Dining Supervisor—a role she considers great achievement. This trust and responsibility have only fueled her passion for her work.
When asked how she stays motivated, Chloe emphasizes the importance of teamwork and leadership. “Being part of and leading a team, while effectively prioritizing tasks, keeps me focused,” she shares. Chloe also appreciates the opportunity to learn something new daily, contributing to her overall work-life balance.
Chloe’s advice to new employees is simple yet powerful: “Don’t be scared to ask for help, offer to help others, and be friendly.” Her approach fosters a supportive and collaborative environment, which we all strive for at The Oscar.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys watching movies and writing. She balances her personal and professional life by setting clear boundaries and making time for family and friends—ensuring she stays refreshed and ready to take on each day.
We are fortunate to have Chloe as part of our team, and we look forward to seeing all that she will continue to accomplish at The Oscar.
