Congratulations to Getu Ali, our Associate of the Month! Since joining The Oscar a year ago, Getu has become an admired member of our team, driven by a deep passion for serving others and finding true joy in our residents.
With experience from five-star hotels, Getu brings a high standard of excellence and cleanliness to every shift. He believes a great coworker is defined by “passion and humanity,” qualities he demonstrates daily through his hard work and respect for the community.
Getu’s best advice for new team members is simple: “Treat others with respect, show humanity, and work hard.”
Outside of work, Getu is a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife and three children. When he isn’t serving our residents, he enjoys reading and playing with his daughter.
