Associate of the Month

“Phanie” is our Associate of the Month!
Phanie has been an incredible Care Associate with us for one year. Her favorite part of the job is building deep connections with our residents. You can often find her reading with them, looking at old photos, or enjoying a lively game of bingo. She stays motivated and focused by making sure to take a break to recharge when she needs it.
One of the biggest challenges Phanie faces is the physically demanding nature of her role, but she always makes sure to ask for help when she needs it. She believes that strong teamwork and communication are what make a great coworker. Her best advice for others is to ask for help if you feel burned out and to always take a break.
Phanie appreciates that management always listens to her concerns. Outside of work, she loves going out for brunch and spending time with her friends. She balances her work and personal life by prioritizing a few days to recharge. The most important people in her life are her daughter and her mom.
