Associate of the Month

We are excited to celebrate Andrea Cole as our Associate of the Month! Andrea has been a valued member of The Oscar team since October 2025 and recently stepped into her new role as Lead Server. We are thankful for her dedication, compassion, and commitment to our residents.
Andrea was drawn to The Oscar after seeing our beautiful community and quickly found a passion for connecting with residents. Her favorite part of her role is building relationships, helping with their dining experiences each evening, and taking time to simply chat. Seeing the smiles and happy faces of our residents reminds her that she is making a difference.
While preparing for large events can be challenging, Andrea always rises to the occasion and works hard to help create successful experiences for our residents. One special moment she remembers is comforting a resident during a difficult time by offering support, listening, and walking with them back to their room. Being able to be there for someone when they needed it most was truly meaningful to her.
Andrea believes in treating everyone with respect and brings that value into every interaction. Her advice to new team members is to be on time, be respectful, and work together as a team. She believes great team members listen, support one another, and are open to growth.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time with her son, Aden, and her mom, Glenda. She loves shopping, movies, true crime, and has a passion for singing.
