Congratulations, Bryson Ravnell!
We are thrilled to announce that Bryson Ravnell, our dedicated Overnight Concierge, has been named our Associate of the Month! Bryson has been a vital part of “The Oscar” team for nearly a year. Interestingly, his journey here is a family affair—it was his brother, Langston, who first introduced him to our community and encouraged him to join the team. Since then, Bryson has become a reassuring presence for everyone during the quiet hours of the night.

Working the overnight shift requires a unique set of skills, and Bryson handles it with grace. He shares that his biggest challenge is the need to think promptly to assist residents at all hours. Whether it’s a late-night request or an urgent situation, Bryson’s ability to stay sharp and helpful is something we all deeply value.

When reflecting on his time here, Bryson says the Christmas Party stands out as his favorite memory. He loved the opportunity to jump in and help make the celebration special for everyone.

To Bryson, the residents are more than just neighbors; they are like a second family. This connection is why his best advice to new employees is simple yet powerful:

“Be available and be willing to learn.”
When he isn’t at The Oscar, Bryson stays busy with the things he loves most. He is an active member of his church and cherishes time spent with his friends. A man of many talents, Bryson also has a deep passion for music and spends much of his free time writing.
