Gale has been a dedicated Overnight Care Associate at The Oscar for the past nine months. She first came to The Oscar through word of mouth and has been making a positive impact ever since.

Gale’s favorite part of her job is caring for residents and spending time talking with them. She enjoys coming to work each day and helping wherever she can. Her values of kindness and respect align perfectly with the culture we strive to create at The Oscar.

Gale consistently goes above and beyond in her role. She treats every resident like family, always comes prepared, and is willing to step in wherever help is needed. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to both residents and fellow associates make her an outstanding team member. She never complains, never says no to helping, and continually exceeds expectations through her compassionate care and commitment to excellence.

She believes a great team member is someone who is always willing to step in and help when needed—a quality she demonstrates daily. Outside of work, Gale enjoys spending time with her family and reading.
