Associate of the Month

We are overjoyed to celebrate Michelle Morales as our Associate of the Month! Since joining The Oscar a year ago, Michelle’s dedication and integrity have shone brightly, leading to her promotion to Lead CMA.
Michelle’s true passion is her connection with our residents. She cherishes the opportunity to listen to their life stories, viewing them as a precious generation with so much to teach. One of her favorite memories is a soulful moment spent singing and speaking in Spanish with a resident—a small gesture that brought immense light and comfort.
Guided by the value of “doing the right thing even when no one is looking,” Michelle is the ultimate team player. She believes in mutual support and views every mistake as a beautiful chance to learn and grow.
Away from work, Michelle finds joy in her three children, her grandchild, and the memory of her mother, who was her best friend. Her home is a happy whirlwind of seven pets—including Max the husky and Bert the cat—and she finds her balance through beading, gardening, and trips to the beach.
