Honoring Our Senior Living Associate of the Month

Hermoinee Romeo is our May Employee of the Month. She is from Haiti but moved to Florida in 1984. She lived in Florida for 40 years and moved to Tennessee 3 years ago. Hermoinee is a mother of 6 and loves to spend time with them outside of work. She has been with our community for a few months but her passion for caregiving is top tier and has been widely recognized in such a short period of time. Hermoinee says that she loves working in this field because she loves giving back and treating others how she would want to be treated if she was ever in need. She has been caregiving for over 20 years. Her hobbies outside of work are reading, rollerblading, and spending time with family and friends, and her church family. We appreciate Hermoinee for going above and beyond in the care she gives our residents!
