Mr. Geogre Carter was born July 16, 1936, to his parents Mr. Frank Carter and Ruby Carter in Adel, Ga…. Mr. Carter was raised with his seven sisters and two brothers. Mr. George Carter attended and graduated from Cook High School. After graduating from high school, he enlisted into the Air Force, after the Air force he went to law school. Mr. Carter married his wife Beverly Bain they were married for 59 years; out of their union they had two sons. Their union grew with a grandson. Mr. Carter was self-employed as an auctioneer for over 50 years; he also sold wrecked cars for insurance companies.
