Senior Living Management Team

Guiding our senior living community
with expertise and compassion.

Terrence Francis | Executive Director

Terrence Francis

Executive Director

Terrence has been in the senior care field for over 14 years. He has served seniors in almost every aspect of senior care including Hospice, assisted living, and specialty care assisted living. His knowledge of various areas of senior care motivated him to pursue an assisted living administrator license.

When Terrence isn’t caring for seniors, he is spending time with his wife, four boys, one girl, two dogs, two turtles, and 3 hermit crabs! Originally from New Orleans, LA. Terrence moved to Huntsville 20 years ago to work with troubled children. After his family (5 sisters and mother) suffered loss from Hurricane Katrina, he temporarily moved them and 6 other relatives into his home until they could rebuild in New Orleans. He then found his passion working with seniors at a retirement community as an activities director, and he has been serving seniors ever since.

Terrence also enjoys creating unique New Orleans based dishes for his family and friends through cooking shows and grilling “Gators”! He is also an avid collector of antiquities, coins and paper money.

In brief moments of spare time, Terrence shoots aerial videography for HGTV’s House Hunters TV show around various locations of North and Central Alabama and Southern Tennessee. Terrence loves flying drones and teaching his residents how to do so as well.

Terrence is extremely excited to lead our community to be the most loving, caring, and sought after community in Alabama!

The profound connections and passion for senior care that blossomed during that time have remained a driving force in her life.

Jessica joined The Goldton Family in Activities in 2023, but quickly showed a love for supporting the dietary department as well. Her love and passion for food was evident while she was the Activity Director, and she jumped at the opportunity to step into the Dining Director role at the Goldton. She brings not only  a love of food, but a passion and care to hearing the residents in both their wants and needs. She is eager to bring the Dining Department to a new level with her team.

Away from work, Jessica can be found at home with her four children, a husband, 3 dogs, 2 cats, 3 snakes and a turtle. Whether that’s outside doing yard work, at ball games, or engrossed in writing.
