As the Executive Director of Georgian Lakeside, I bring more than a decade of experience in senior living leadership, operations, and resident care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of leading wonderful teams, building meaningful relationships with residents and families, and creating communities where people truly feel at home. What I love most about working with seniors is the opportunity to make a positive difference in their lives every single day. I believe every resident has a unique story, a lifetime of experiences, and so much wisdom to share. Taking the time to listen, share a laugh, and build genuine connections is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do. My leadership philosophy is centered around compassion, integrity, accountability, and teamwork. I believe that when we take care of our team members, they are better equipped to provide exceptional care to our residents. My goal is to make Georgian Lakeside a place where residents feel loved and valued, families have peace of mind, and our team members are proud to come to work each day.
