Robert Reffell
Executive Director
Robert Reffell serves as the Executive Director of Tribute at The Glen, where he leads with a strong commitment to operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and team development. He holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration and professional designations as a Certified Director of Assisted Living (CDAL), ALFA Preceptor, and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP).
With extensive experience in senior living management, Robert has a proven record of enhancing community performance through strategic leadership, compliance oversight, and an unwavering focus on quality care. His leadership approach centers on fostering collaboration among teams, optimizing resident outcomes, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.
Beyond his Executive Director role, Robert is married and a father of 3, also, background in culinary arts and hospitality management reflects his appreciation for creating meaningful experiences—both for residents and their families. His professional expertise and personal dedication continue to advance Tribute at The Glen’s mission of providing exceptional care within a vibrant and supportive environment.
Lisa Stiegel
Sales and Marketing Director
As Community Sales Director at Tribute at the Glen, Lisa Stiegel brings experience, warmth, and a genuine passion for helping families navigate the transition to senior living. Known for her professionalism and care, Lisa believes that finding the right community is about more than just an apartment, it’s about creating a safe, welcoming, and joyful place to call home.
Michaela Burnett
Sales Counselor
Michaela brings a bright energy and a big heart to Tribute at the Glen! With years of experience in sales, marketing, and event planning, she loves connecting with people and creating moments that make them feel truly special. Her compassion and drive to help others shines through in everything she does. Whether she’s building relationships, planning meaningful experiences, or simply bringing a smile to someone’s day, Michaela is passionate about making every interaction feel personal, positive, and full of care.
Tyana Miles
Business Office
Tyana was born and raised in the DMV area. She obtained a master’s degree in business administration and her bachelor’s degree in human resources from UMD which together provide a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and people management. At 31 years old, she spent a significant part of her career serving and supporting older adults, a population I deeply respect and admire. What drew her to senior living, and what continues to inspire her every day, is the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Whether it’s through building trusting relationships with residents and families, empowering staff to deliver exceptional care, or enhancing community operations, she is driven by purpose and compassion in all that I do.
Florence Afriyie (RN)
Health & Wellness Director
My name is Florence Akua Afriyie, and I am a proud mother and a registered nurse with a passion for caring for others. I find joy in dancing and singing, and I strive to perform these activities to the best of my ability. My core guiding principle is to serve my residents and team with dedication and diligence. I live by the motto: “Luck is when preparation meets opportunity,” which inspires me to always be ready for the opportunities that come my way.
Elizabeth Yeboah
Assisted Living Coordinator
With 13 years working experience in assisted living and memory care, 5 years working at Tribute at the Glen community, now Atlas Senior Living. Elizabeth was born and raised in Ghana, West Africa. A passionate and dedicated healthcare professional, Elizabeth has built a fulfilling career in nursing.
In 2016, she became a Licensed Practical Nurse, further deepening her commitment to quality patient care and professional growth. Every day in my nursing career making a difference in my Residents life is a top priority. With a strong teaching background, Elizabeth began her professional career as a Nurse Aide and Medication Aide Instructor, sharing her knowledge and skills with others who aspire to make a difference in healthcare. Her passion for people and her work is reflected in her dedication to helping others succeed and making a positive impact in every environment she serves.
Outside of her professional life, Elizabeth enjoys reading, singing, and teaching activities that bring joy and balance to her busy schedule. She is married and a proud mother of two beautiful young children, a boy and a girl, who keep her life full of love and energy.
Elizabeth’s vision is to continue climbing higher on the academic ladder and expanding her skills to create even greater opportunities for herself and those she inspires. She believes that with passion, consistency, dedication, and faith every goal is achievable.
Fatmata Barrie
Resident Care Coordinator
My name is Fatmata Barrie Conteh, and I am proud to serve as the Resident Care Coordinator at Tribute at The Glen. I was born and raised in Freetown, Sierra Leone, and moved to the United States in 1996. Coming from a large family of nine—four brothers and five sisters—instilled in me a deep sense of compassion and responsibility that continues to guide my work today.
I began my journey with Tribute at The Glen in 2016 as a Nursing Assistant and, through dedication and a love for our residents, advanced to the role of Resident Care Coordinator in 2024.
Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family. My husband and I are proud parents of two children—our son, who attends Virginia Commonwealth University, and our daughter, a proud member of the U.S. Navy.
It is truly an honor to care for our residents each day, and I look forward to continuing to provide exceptional support and building lasting connections with everyone in our community.
Victoria Agyemang
Memory Care Coordinator
As a dedicated Memory Care Coordinator, Victoria brings over 14 years of experience in assisted living and memory care, including seven years with Tribute at The Glen, now part of Atlas Senior Living. She is married and blessed with two wonderful children, a daughter and a son.
Victoria is a Certified skilled Medication Technician with extensive knowledge of medication policies and procedures. She has served in MedTech leadership roles for five years within memory care at Atlas, where she has also held a preceptorship position, mentoring others through vision, inspiration, and team development to achieve organizational goals.
In her current role, Victoria is deeply committed to supporting residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Her passion for person-centered care drives her to foster a warm, engaging, and compassionate environment where residents feel valued, understood, and respected. Industrious and dedicated, she provides emotional support and education to families navigating the challenges of dementia with empathy and professionalism.
Victoria’s educational background includes studies at Presbyterian High School and SOS Hermann Gmeiner Training College in Ghana. She holds several certifications, including Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Technician, CPR and First Aid, A+
Certification (NOVA), CompTIA Security+, Certified Uniform Assessment Instrument (UAI) Training, and Certified Memory Care Training.
Victoria believes that every individual deserves dignity, purpose, and joy in their daily life. She works closely with residents, families, and care teams to ensure personalized care and meaningful engagement. Always eager to grow, she continuously seeks opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills to deliver the highest standard of care. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys exercising and spending quality time with her family.
Keysa Bell
Memory Lifestyle & Connections Director
As the Memory Care Lifestyle/Connections Director at Tribute at The Glen, Keysa Bell has 21 years of experience in the healthcare field as a Life Enrichment/Program Director. She is a Certified Dementia Specialist of seven years. Her work has been driven by a deep commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors through a person-centered approach.
Keysa holds a master’s degree in human services counseling with a concentration in health and wellness and a second master’s degree in pastoral counseling with a concentration in military resilience. She truly believes in living in the moment and is inspired by the words of Martin H. Fischer: “Life is a ticket to the greatest show on earth.” Helping seniors purposefully connect, engage, and fulfill their dreams is her passion.
Keysa has two pet therapy dogs – Grace (3y) a mini doodle, and Mercy (2y) a standard doodle. She looks forward to bringing and sharing them with the Memory Care Residents!
Devan Smith
Assisted Living Resident Lifestyle Director
Devan Smith began her career in senior living 13 years ago and has since dedicated herself to creating meaningful, engaging experiences that enrich the lives of seniors. As an experienced Activity Director, she is known for her creativity, compassion, and leadership. Developing programs that inspire social connection, wellness, and joy among residents.
Her commitment to fostering a warm, inclusive community has earned her the respect and admiration of residents, families, and colleagues alike. Devan shares that her favorite part of working at Tribute at the Glen is seeing residents smile as they participate in activities, reminisce about their past, and create new memories together.
Carlos Gaviria
Director of Culinary Experience
My name is Carlos Gaviria Director of Dining services at Tribute at the Glen, Woodbridge, VA. I have been part of this community for two and ½ years previously worked for Ritz-Carlton Hotels in Pentagon City and Washington DC. 10 years
I also worked for Hyatt Hotels and Marriott hotel as a Chef of Cuisine and senior Sous Chef.
I graduated as a Professional Chef from Argentinian gastronomic Institute.
Happily married to my wife Vivian, with whom I raised 3 sons. Mia, Yadira and Ivan.
Right now, I have 4 grandchildren: 1 boy and 3 girls. I almost forgot about my dog Mila
Madjid Gherbi
Maintenance Director
Madjid Gherbi has over five years of experience in the senior living industry. He is passionate about his work and takes pride in making a positive impact every day. Originally from Algeria and now based in Alexandria, Virginia, Madjid enjoys hiking, fishing, and learning about history and geography. He is also a proud father of three children, who inspire his dedication and hard work.
