Associate of the Month

Yordi Welde is married and a proud mother of three children. She brings five years of experience as a support worker in assisted living and joined Tribute at The Glen as a Lead Care Partner. Yordi genuinely enjoys helping others feel safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in their daily lives. She is known for being patient, compassionate, and dependable in her role as a caregiver. Yordi is grateful for the opportunity to work with our dementia residents and provide them with the kindness, dignity, and support they deserve.
