Associate of the Month

Francisca Escobar has worked in the housekeeping department for eight years and in maintenance for two years. She enjoys her coworkers and finds her work fun and fulfilling. Helping others brings her joy, and her favorite part of the day is connecting with residents. When she’s not at work, Francisca loves spending time with her husband, three sons, and granddaughter. Her job truly feels like her second home.
