Associate of the Month

Please join us in congratulating Latisha Daley, our February Team Member of the Month at Tribute at the Glen.
Latisha has been a dedicated part of our community for four years. She first began her journey as a private aide supporting one of our residents through an outside agency for two years. In 2023, her compassion and strong work ethic led her to officially join Tribute as a caregiver. Today, Latisha continues to grow in her career and now serves in Engagement as an Activities Coordinator, where she brings creativity, joy, and meaningful experiences to our residents each day.

Outside of work, Latisha is a proud single mother of four children, two boys and two girls. Her family is her greatest joy, and she loves spending quality time with them. She also enjoys shopping and traveling whenever she has the opportunity.

Latisha’s commitment, kindness, and reliability embody the spirit of our community. We are grateful for the care, energy, and positivity she brings every day.
