Congratulations to our Staff of the Month, Yas!

Yas has been a part of the Tribute family since July 2020, joining our team as a Concierge during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Her connection to Tribute began even earlier, as her mom was among the very first residents to move into the community when we opened in March 2020.

Over the past six years, Yas has brought compassion, dedication, and a warm smile to our residents, families, and team members. Her commitment to making Tribute feel like home has made a lasting impact on everyone she meets.

When she’s not at Tribute, Yas enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling to Florida to visit her granddaughters. Family means everything to her, and she considers her Tribute family to be just as special.
