Associate of the Month

Meet Roshawna Marshall, a valued member of the Tribute at Black Hill team! Roshawna has been with us for nearly a year and has truly enjoyed building meaningful bonds with our residents while being a part of their care journey.

Currently, Roshawna is in nursing school and set to graduate this December. Her passion for helping others and being a true “people person” has made nursing a natural path, allowing her to connect with residents on a deeper level while providing compassionate care.

Outside of work, Roshawna loves relaxing by scenic views, staying active at the gym, and exploring new coffee shops. Looking ahead, her goals include participating in medical mission trips, becoming a nurse practitioner, and eventually opening her own practice to serve her community.

We are so grateful to have Roshawna on our team and look forward to celebrating her continued growth and future achievements!
