Great senior living starts with great leadership. At The Overlook at Suwanee, our directors bring years of clinical knowledge, empathy, and hands-on experience to every resident they support. Meet the leaders who guide our mission and help create a warm, safe, and uplifting environment every day.

Katie Bobrosky

Executive Director

The senior living industry has held my heart since the first day I stepped into an assisted living community. I began my career in high school as a server, where I quickly discovered a deep compassion for older adults—one that ultimately shaped my academic focus at the University of Alabama. Roll Tide!

My husband shares that same passion for service as a firefighter in the Atlanta area, and together we are driven by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in senior living communities across California, Alabama, and Georgia, gaining valuable experience and developing best practices that foster a culture we are proud to have residents call home.

I lead with an open-door mindset and a commitment to transparency. Through both the challenges and the successes, I strive to be a strong supporter, advocate, and trusted partner for those I serve.

Marica believes in working out of empathy—not sympathy—so that the relationships built are authentic and personable. Offering families a safe haven to be heard, supported, and empowered.

Beyond her professional life, Marica is the proud mother of four children, who inspire her daily with their resilience and joy. At home, Marica has a Maltese named Zeus, who adds warmth and balance.
