We would like to celebrate Elizabeth Asa as our resident of the month! Elizabeth is the sixth of 12 children born in her native Philippines. In a household that large, quick thinking and a sense of humor were essential survival tools-skills that later served her well during 38 years as a cardiothoracic nurse in New York City. At home with her health professional husband, she helped raise three daughters, all now accomplished professionals with master’s degrees, each raising two children who appear ready to continue the family tradition of achievement.
