Hi, I\u2019m Angel Bucon, Sales and Marketing Director at Wildcat Senior Living, and senior living isn\u2019t just my career, it\u2019s truly my passion.<\/div>

My journey started early, volunteering in senior communities alongside my father as a child. Those experiences shaped who I am and led me to become a CNA at just 16 years old. More than 24 years later, I\u2019ve had the privilege of working across nearly every setting in senior care, including home healthcare, hospitals, medical centers, and skilled nursing communities. Each role deepened my understanding of what families and caregivers truly need during some of life\u2019s biggest transitions.<\/div>
What I love most about my role is helping families navigate change with confidence, compassion, and clarity. I take pride in being a trusted resource and advocate, walking alongside families as they make important decisions. I\u2019m equally passionate about mentoring and developing team members.\u00a0<\/div>
Outside of Wildcat, I\u2019m a proud mom to a young adult son, and we all love being outdoors together. Whether it\u2019s a beach day, a backpacking trip in the mountains, or simply enjoying fresh air, that time together fills my cup. As of November 1, 2025, I am now married to my best friend\u00a0and feel incredibly grateful to balance a full life centered on family, meaningful work, and doing what I love.<\/div>

My name is Kaylee Paez, and I am the Sales Counselor at Wildcat Senior Living, bringing over eight years of combined experience in marketing and senior care. I earned my bachelor’s degree in public health from Charleston Southern University and my master’s degree in digital marketing communications from West Virginia University. I was drawn to Wildcat because of its strong commitment to compassionate care and enriching the lives of residents, values that truly align with my own.<\/div>

For me, serving seniors is more than a career; it is a calling. I take pride in providing personalized guidance to individuals and families as they navigate the transition to senior living. Hello, my name is Cierra Grove, and I am the Wellness Director at Wildcat Senior Living. I recently relocated to the Summerville area from Tennessee with my husband, Tanner, and our three children, Brayton, Baylor, and Beckham.<\/p>

I have been in the healthcare field for over 10 years, with the last 5 years serving as a Wellness Director. Throughout my career, I have been passionate about providing compassionate, resident-centered care and creating an environment where residents feel safe, valued, and at home. Hello, my name is Juanita and I am the Business Office Manager here at Wildcat. I am originally from Idaho and have lived here in South Carolina for 17 years where I have spent my time working in senior care.<\/p>

My passion is our residents, making sure that they and their families have all of the resources we provide to live a full life. I have 3 daughters with my husband of 25 years and one grandson who is turning one.<\/p>

I have a passion for traveling and my favorite place to visit is Guadalajara, Mexico. Hello, my name is Gail Hermann and I am the Lifestyle Director here at Wildcat Senior Living. I was born and raised in Summerville, South Carolina and have loved life here. I am the proud mother of three children and the proud grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren. I also have two beautiful fur-babies, Babygirl and Lady. In my free time I enjoy gardening, the outdoors, and spending time with my family.<\/p>

I started my career in Food and Beverage almost 30 years ago and have worked with dining services here at Wildcat. My passion for our residents became more fulfilling as I began to work with the residents and their families. Hello, my name is Eileen Goos, and I am the Culinary Director at Wildcat Senior Living. I bring over 35 years of experience in the food industry and senior dining, having worked my way through nearly every role in the kitchen, from dishwasher and waitstaff to baker and chef.<\/div>

Throughout my career, I have owned my own Italian pizza restaurant, served as a corporate culinary instructor, appeared live on local television cooking segments, worked as a senior dining consultant, and been featured in industry magazines more than a dozen times.
