With more than 25 years of leadership experience in senior living, Melissa brings both expertise and passion to person-centered care. Throughout her career, she has served seniors and supported the dedicated professionals who care for them in roles such as skilled nursing home administrator, vice president for nursing home and assisted living operations, consultant, quality assurance\/risk manager, and executive director of a retirement community.<\/p>

Melissa has spent her entire career in the senior living field, primarily in Virginia and Maryland. She earned her BS in Health Administration from East Tennessee State University and her MBA from Virginia Tech.<\/p>

Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling, discovering her next great book, trying her hand at golf, and learning to sail. Jennifer\u2019s 30 years of working experience spans different sectors including pharmaceutical marketing, training and consultancy, non-profit, youth development, entrepreneurship, rehabilitation and skilled nursing, memory care, home health care, independent and assisted living.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Throughout her career, Jennifer has organized small to large scale events, activities, trainings, programs, and initiatives covering all audiences here and abroad – youth, professionals, startups, corporate executives, national leaders, and senior residents.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Jennifer completed her Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration and Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership in United Kingdom and earlier education in management and healthcare in the Philippines and United Arab Emirates respectively.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

I have spent the past 16 years as a chef in restaurants, hotels, and catering, but I found my true calling in senior living\u2014serving residents in independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled care. When you love what you do, it never feels like work. The residents and associates quickly become an extension of your family, and that is what makes this field so meaningful to me.<\/p>

Outside of work, I\u2019ve spent more than 30 years breeding, training, and showing American Quarter Horses. I\u2019m also the proud \u201cpapa\u201d of three Bullmastiffs\u2014Annie, Sweety, and Demi\u2014who keep life fun and full of energy. When I\u2019m not with them, I enjoy hitting the trails on my ATV or side-by-side. One of my greatest joys is introducing others to the freedom and fresh air of the outdoors.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

With 42 years in the culinary field\u2014including 18 years in long-term care and assisted living\u2014I have found my greatest joy working with the senior population. To me, our residents are not just residents; they are family. This is more than a job\u2014I truly love what I do. I especially enjoy planning events and special occasions throughout the year, creating memorable moments for those we serve.<\/p>

Outside of work, I raise peacocks and chickens, and I love spending time with my dogs, family, and grandchildren. After COVID, I decided to try something new and bought a four-wheeler, which has since grown into a side-by-side and regular mountain trips with family and friends.<\/p>

I am also deeply proud of our team. We spend a great deal of time training and supporting one another, and many of our staff have been with us for years\u2014a reflection of the commitment and care we share.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

A results-driven professional with 17+ years of experience overseeing comprehensive facility operations, known for implementing cost-effective preventive maintenance programs. Quan Huynh joined Tribute at One Loudoun leadership team in December 2020 as Maintenance Director during the peak of pandemic with a strong engineering background.<\/p>

Prior to joining Atlas Senior Living, Quan was with Sunrise Senior Living for nearly 13 years being appointed as floating Maintenance Coordinator overseeing Norther Virginia communities under Inova owner group.\u202f His accomplishments included a national Energy Efficiency Facility Award in 2017 and other achievements from Sunrise Senior Living. Quan is committed to providing the very best atmosphere for the community teams to care for residents and focuses on ensuring that the buildings look and feel welcoming, while simultaneously meeting complex code and life-safety requirements.<\/p>

Working in the healthcare industry since 2007, Quan brings a unique perspective into cultivating Atlas Senior Living as a great place to work and creating a place for residents to experience longer, healthier, happier lives.<\/p>
