Born and raised in Maryland, where I \u00a0started my culinary journey. I have a professional degree in culinary arts, from Pittsburgh. I have been in the industry for over 30 years, my primary focus has been in hotel restaurant management, before transitioning to senior living.\u00a0 Served honorably in the US Army, IRAQ war veteran.
