Jennifer has consistently demonstrated her expertise through exceptional leadership and a passion for providing outstanding care to residents and families.<\/p>

Her achievements include numerous awards and nominations for Executive Director of the Year. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and began her professional career at the University of Texas Health Science Center as a radiology technician. Her journey into senior living began with a heartfelt connection-volunteering at a local nursing home while waiting on lab results sparked her love for serving seniors.<\/p>

Throughout her career, Lisa has held pivotal roles such as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Sales Specialist, and Director of Sales and Marketing, including openings for numerous new communities.<\/p>

Meet Tralainna Cavazos! Originally from Holland, Michigan, Tralainna has called Texas home for the past 18 years and brings 25 years of culinary experience to the table. Her background includes fine dining, diner-style kitchens, and healthcare dining, giving her a well-rounded passion for both great food and exceptional service. She especially loves getting to know residents and their families, and in the kitchen, her favorite things to make are soups\u2014plus she enjoys the art of butchering.<\/p>
