Jennifer Lester is an accomplished senior living professional with over 16 years of experience specializing in Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. She is a Certified Alzheimer’s Disease and Dementia Care Trainer and Certified Director of Assisted Living.<\/p>

Jennifer has consistently demonstrated her expertise through exceptional leadership and a passion for providing outstanding care to residents and families.<\/p>

Her achievements include numerous awards and nominations for Executive Director of the Year. Lisa McGuire brings 30 years of experience in senior living sales. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and began her professional career at the University of Texas Health Science Center as a radiology technician. Her journey into senior living began with a heartfelt connection-volunteering at a local nursing home while waiting on lab results sparked her love for serving seniors.<\/p>

Throughout her career, Lisa has held pivotal roles such as Regional Director of Sales and Marketing, Sales Specialist, and Director of Sales and Marketing, including openings for numerous new communities.<\/p>
