The publication described The Goldton as taking on something of a <strong>hotel role<\/strong> during Milton and reported that leadership credited preparation and communication with helping create a positive experience for residents and visitors.<\/p><p>One detail from the story has understandably become memorable.<\/p><p>The community\u2019s upstairs sports bar created a special mixed drink called <strong>\u201cThe Milton.\u201d<\/strong><\/p><p>It is a small anecdote, but it reveals something larger about community life during an unusually stressful moment.<\/p><p>The hurricane was still serious. The weather still required attention.
