Meet Paul, a very active man in all that he does. He enjoys swimming and stays healthy and keeps his mind busy with being a consultant from many local companies.
Paul was born and raised in Buffalo New York until his 20’s. Then he spent much of his life in Chicago. Paul also joined the Army Reserves and was assigned to a medical unit. After all that Paul pursued degrees in Engineering and Leadership. Paul has been the president of three major organizations and continues to use his brilliance today.
Paul has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. A fun fact about Paul, he has had three hole-in-ones while playing his favorite pastime of golf. Throughout his life he traveled the world, his favorite country is Switzerland. You’ll have to ask him why . . .Finally, as I thought I knew it all about Paul, he shared that he use to wood turning and would make wooden ornaments, here’s hoping he will share his creations with us during the holidays.

Ken, Resident of the Month

Ken was born and raised in New York City, he intended to pursue a degree in Forestry until he was drafted into the military. Ken spent 20 year serving his county in a medic unit where he saw the world and went on many specialized deployments. In the long run, Ken ultimately became on MD with a focus on gynecology/surgery.
Ken has been married to his adoring wife Irene for more than 34 years. Between the two of them they have 6 children, 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Ken is now living his best life at the Goldton by making new friends, participating in activities and enjoy each moment.

Robert, Resident of the Month

Memory Care

This is Robert, a very happy and friendly man. He is very close to his sister (Sue) and adores her visits and outings. He loves to watch sports so don’t try and tear him away from TV when his favorite teams are playing.
Robert was a numbers guy; he worked for the IRS his entire life. Once he retired, he took up golf, boating and fishing. We are so happy that he is apart of the Goldton family.
