Aquatic Therapy

H20-4-Life Aquatic and Balance Rehab proudly provides their hallmark aquatic services. Aquatic patients receive a total body approach working from core strengthening, gait training, balance exercises and muscle conditioning in a therapeutic 91 degree – 55 ft salt water pool.

  • WATER AEROBICS. A total body workout focusing on core strengthing, balance and endurance
  • BETTER BALANCE. A mix of tai-chi, yoga and balance exercises designed to relax, strengthen and reduce risks of fall.
  • SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING: Led by a staff therapist in our state of the art fitness room
