Tamia Thomas brings more than seven years of experience in senior living, business operations, human resources, and administrative leadership to her role as Business Director at The Goldton at Stuart. With a strong background in senior living, Tamia has developed extensive experience in business operations, employee support, payroll, recruiting, and resident services. Today, she oversees the business office and plays an important role in supporting the community\u2019s day-to-day operations.

<\/p>

Throughout her career, Tamia has developed a passion for creating organized, efficient, and welcoming environments where both residents and associates feel supported. Her experience includes payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, resident billing, human resources, compliance, employee development, and financial administration. She takes pride in being someone residents, families, and team members can turn to when they need guidance, answers, or assistance.<\/p>

Tamia believes that the business side of senior living is about much more than numbers and paperwork. It is about building relationships, creating trust, and making sure the behind-the-scenes operations allow the entire community to thrive. She enjoys finding ways to improve processes, support her team, and provide residents and their families with a positive experience from the moment they walk through the doors.<\/p>

Jill Kruske is originally from Lake Placid, Florida, and has dedicated her career to caring for and enriching the lives of seniors. She began her journey working at Martin South Nursing before moving to Graham, North Carolina. There, Jill worked as a CNA and Med Tech before taking on the role of Lifestyle Director in a Memory Care Community.<\/p>

Jill is a Certified Dementia Practitioner and spent 10 years working in memory care & Assisted Living, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for helping residents live meaningful and fulfilling lives.<\/p>

Last year, Jill made the move back to Florida, where she is enjoying being closer to her family once again. Today, she loves being on the \u201cfun side\u201d of assisted living\u2014creating opportunities for residents to stay active, engaged, and connected.<\/p>

Carrie began her career in senior care in Ohio as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She continued her education and became a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), eventually serving as a Director of Nursing (DON) for seven years. Throughout her career, Carrie has developed a deep understanding of senior care and a commitment to supporting residents with compassion, dignity, and respect. Executive Chef Matthew McDonald began his culinary career at age 17 in Michigan, where he was mentored by James Beard Award-winning Chef Jimmy Schmidt at Detroit\u2019s renowned Rattlesnake Club, becoming a Sous Chef by age 20.<\/p>

His career has included leadership roles at acclaimed restaurants and luxury resorts throughout Michigan and South Florida, including Pier House Resort & Spa, La Vieille Maison in Boca Raton, and the National Hotel in South Beach. Anthony Vecchitto is a\u00a0facilities and operations leader with more than 21 years of experience in maintenance, facility management, and operational leadership. He began his career as a Maintenance Technician with a major commercial property management company and advanced through progressively responsible roles including Lead Technician, Supervisor, Director, District Director, and Regional Director.\u00a0

Throughout his career, Anthony has overseen facility operations across 72 properties spanning healthcare, higher education, senior living, and Class A commercial buildings. He later served as Regional Director of Facilities for a large senior living organization, where he also stepped into the role of Executive Director during a significant operational transition, leading the community for three years.\u00a0

His experience also includes managing facility start-ups and transitions for a multinational\u00a0facilities\u00a0organization. Most recently, he served as Senior National Director of Facilities and Operations for a healthcare organization, where he grew from overseeing three facilities to leading operations across 83 facilities nationwide over a seven-year tenure.\u00a0
