Ken Duke<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We are so happy to shine a light on Ken Duke and celebrate the wonderful presence he brings to our community. Ken was born and raised in Durham, North Carolina, where he spent his early years before beginning his college journey. After completing two years at Duke University, his path led him to BYU, then later to the University of Georgia.
In 1968, Ken married his wife, Diane, and they shared 50 beautiful years together. Their life was filled with love, raising four children and welcoming ten grandchildren along the way.
Ken\u2019s career in applied contract research and problem-solving opened the door to incredible experiences. His work took him across the country conducting environmental assessments for new sites and facilities. Along the way, he saw amazing places and gathered many great stories\u2014especially from his travels out West.
Later, he spent 17 years teaching at the college level, sharing his knowledge with students.
These days, you\u2019ll often find Ken chatting with fellow residents, keeping up with his daily walks, or enjoying dessert\u2014especially ice cream or pie.
