Lorenzo graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor\u2019s degree in management information systems. He also received his master\u2019s degree in business administration from Strayer University.<\/p>

Starting in senior living in 2015, Lorenzo has held roles in Admissions and Marketing as well as being a Nursing Home Administrator. In his spare time, Lorenzo enjoys spending time with his family, reading, working out and watching football-Go Denver Broncos!<\/p>

Alexis joined Atlas Senior Living in 2019 and shortly after was promoted to Business Office Coordinator at Legacy Ridge Trussville. Alexis remained at Legacy Ridge Trussville until 2025, building strong relationships, helping ensure smooth day-today- operations, and serving residents, families, and team members. Alexis was promoted as the Business Office Specialist in June of 2025, expanding her role to support multiple Atlas communities across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Richard “Sonny” Pacheco serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing at The Goldton at Southaven, where he brings passion, presence, and years of hands-on leadership in senior living. Originally from Natalia, Texas, Sonny\u2019s heart for older adults was shaped early through the influence of his grandparents and his family matriarch, \u201cMomo.\u201d After graduating from Texas Lutheran University with a degree in Kinesiology and competing in football and track, he began his career as a health consultant, helping individuals take control of their well-being. That role led him to Nashville \u2014 and ultimately into senior living, where he found his true calling: building communities grounded in compassion, respect, and world-class care.
<\/span>
Sonny has served in multiple leadership roles across Senior Living communities in the Nashville area, where he earned a reputation for delivering excellence with heart. Now living in Southaven with his wife (a Southaven native), their two dogs, cat, and a baby on the way, he considers it an honor to serve families throughout DeSoto County. Whether he\u2019s walking the halls, guiding a family through a difficult decision, or lifting someone\u2019s spirits with a smile, Sonny leads with intention and integrity. For Sonny, there is no work more worth doing.

Antoinette Douglas is a licensed practical nurse and has been in the healthcare industry for seventeen years, including her certified nursing assistant experience. Her career history includes providing quality and person-centered care to the geriatric population and managing staff. She has believed that everyone should be treated uniquely and fairly. Her goal for the healthcare industry is to remind every one of the true compassions of caring for others. Increasing the morale while maintaining structure is a gift of hers.<\/p>

When Douglas is not taking care of residents, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling to new places. She\u2019s a true advocate for the health and wellness. You will always hear her say, \u201cI\u2019m here for you, not me\u201d. Joel began working at The Goldton at Southaven in September of 2013 as a dishwasher. The Dining Director at the time\u00a0moved him to a Server because he said that Joel “moved too\u00a0fast to be a dishwasher”. He and the residents had an\u00a0immediate connection, and that connection continues today.\u00a0<\/p>

After serving for several months, he became a cook. He cooked for several years and became the Dining Services\u00a0Director in February 2023.\u00a0Joel has had a love of cooking all his life.
