Mr. Carter was raised with his seven sisters and two brothers. Mr. George Carter attended and graduated from Cook High School. After graduating from high school, he enlisted into the Air Force, after the Air force he went to law school. Mr. Carter married his wife Beverly Bain they were married for 59 years; out of their union they had two sons. Their union grew with a grandson.
