We are looking for High School aged kids to come in one evening a week to work with our seniors and their technology, devices, TV’s, etc. Seniors are incredibly adept at learning new technology and enjoying learning more about it each day. As a community who opened their doors in December 2023, we are Blessed to have had so many people come into our community and our lives. As we move into this new year, we cannot help but to reflect on the year behind us. So many things that were learned, from our first resident coming through our doors to dozens more coming over the course of this year. We could not be prouder of of our community and the lives that have been changed here. Not only the lives of our residents but the lives of our Team as well. We were all part of something brand new, something that never existed on this ground before and something that will carry on for many, many years to come! 3\/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 Bibb or Boston lettuce leaves, torn into 1-inch pieces
1\/4 cup salad croutons, broken into pieces
3 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Coarsely ground pepper<\/p>

Directions:<\/strong>
Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out and discard pulp; invert tomatoes on paper towels to drain. Pipe mayonnaise into tomatoes.
