Although she hasn\u2019t been at Spring Park for very long (since June 25th), she has already made a huge impact through her kindness, dedication, and uplifting spirit. A proud mother of four \u2014 Austin (29), Sunshine (23), Lee (20), and Wyatt (10) \u2014 Rhonda brings the same care and love to her work that she brings to her family. She truly believes in making each day meaningful, and her personal goal is simple but powerful: to make at least one person laugh, smile, and feel loved and worthy, because everyone deserves that. Rhonda also comes from a strong military family as a military mother, granddaughter, and aunt, and has spent five years working with veterans, along with providing home health care through the VA. On top of that, she has fostered three children, showing just how deeply she cares for others. Humble at heart, Rhonda is the first to say that everything she does is through the Lord, and her faith is a guiding light in both her personal life and her work.
