Brittany Garfinkel, Lifestyles Director at Oakview Park, came up with the idea after seeing the bunnies at her mom&#8217;s home, who raises them. In addition to Lefy, her mom has said that Brittany can take as many rabbits as the residents want for as many days as they want. It&#8217;s been history from there with an immediate positive transformation for many of the seniors!<\/p>\n<p dir=\"auto\">One resident had been unwilling to get out of bed or sit up. When Lefy visited her, she immediately sat up and reached for the rabbit. A smile appeared that hadn&#8217;t been seen in at least five months.
