Ryan relocated to Greenville in 2021, bringing over nine years of dedicated experience in Sales and Marketing within the senior living industry. A graduate of the University of South Florida, he holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences with a concentration in Gerontology, providing him with a deep academic and clinical understanding of the aging process.<\/div>

Emma Stewart serves as the Memory Care Coordinator, where her passion for enriching the lives of seniors shines every day. Her journey in senior care began in the kitchen as part of the dining team, and through her dedication and heart for service, she transitioned into a caregiving role. It was there that Emma discovered her true calling \u2014 making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and helping them enjoy each day to the fullest. Emma is a compassionate leader and a true team player. Her approach to care is rooted in empathy, joy, and creating positive daily experiences for those she serves. Outside of work, Emma is a proud mother to three teenage boys, who are the center of her world. Kiki is originally from Florida but eventually made her way to South Carolina and the Upstate. For many years, she worked as a preschool teacher where she poured her whole heart into teaching and caring for young children. She often says the children taught her just as much as she taught them, and that work was truly her passion.<\/p>

After moving to the Upstate, Kiki discovered her second love\u2014working with seniors. Her compassion and dedication quickly made her a valued part of the team.<\/p>

To know Kiki is to love Kiki. She is one of a kind. Her coworkers describe her as dependable, hardworking, and always willing to help. No task is too big or too small, and she is truly a team player.<\/p>

Kiki treats every resident as if they were her own family. She is deeply resident-focused and always strives to make sure they feel respected, cared for, and valued. Kristen Broughman is the Lifestyle Director at Oakview Park, where she brings passion, creativity, and dedication to enhancing the lives of residents through meaningful and engaging activities. A graduate of Clemson University with a degree in Therapeutic Recreation, Kristen has been working with seniors as an Activity Director since 2018.<\/p>

She believes that activities are the heartbeat of every senior living community, playing a vital role in residents\u2019 happiness and well-being. For Kristen, the most rewarding part of her work is making a positive difference in each resident\u2019s day.<\/p>

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, Frankie, and their two beautiful children, Tripp and Logan, along with their beloved fur baby, Murphy. Aidan Marrs recently moved from North Carolina to South Carolina in 2023 with his wife, Ava, and their two daughters, Annaliese and Alice. Aidan originally had pursued a career in middle grade education, but quickly realized he had a passion for the food industry. Aidan started at Oakview Park as a Shift leader in the kitchen and was quickly promoted to Dining Services Director. He enjoys experimenting in the kitchen and developing a diverse menu to suit the tastes of our residents. Cooking is more than just a hobby for Aidan; it\u2019s a way to challenge himself and explore new culinary possibilities. John is the Director of Building Services<\/span> at Oakview Park Assisted Living. He has been with Oakview since December 2018. Before coming to Oakview, John worked as a certified arborist, an HVAC service and installation technician, and in construction. He is an ordained minister and loves God. He has been working with seniors for numerous years as a hospice volunteer for various projects. He feels that the Oakview maintenance position should be treated with the same respect and tender care that he would use in caring for his own home. John feels the best part of working with seniors is the opportunity it affords him in helping others. John, also known as \u201cJohnboy\u201d, has a passion for helping others. He loves God, and his family, and believes in a close family bond. He is also known for his saying, \u201cit\u2019s all about love.” This shows in all that he does for others.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Grace keeps careful watch over the lobby area and who is coming in and who is going out of our building. She is kind, pleasant, and always willing to assist. She has even come in on her day off to help.<\/p>

Ms. Grace is from Greenville and is the oldest of three girls. She now has lots of nieces and nephews.\u00a0 <\/span>Her first job was babysitting, and then working at Morrison\u2019s Cafeteria at McAllister Square. Church is important to her. She is a member of Calvary Apostolic Church where she helps wherever and whenever asked.<\/p>

When asked what she likes about her job, she replied that she loves the staff but that she loves the residents even more. She appreciates the kindness of management and all the staff. However, it is the residents who have endeared themselves to her. She enjoys listening to them because she feels like they have a lot of wisdom.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
