With over 18 years of nursing experience, Daniel has dedicated more than 16 of those years to serving patients at St. Vincent\u2019s Hospital in Birmingham. After relocating to Madison, he discovered his passion for working with the senior adult population, which led him to join Atlas Senior Living as Wellness Director at a sister community. After obtaining his Assisted Living Administrator license, he joined Madison At The Range as the Assistant Executive Director and has now transitioned into the role of Executive Director.<\/p>

Guided by the words of Esther 4:14, \u201cPerhaps this is the moment for which you have been created,\u201d Daniel approaches his role with a deep sense of purpose and commitment. At Madison at the Range, he serves as a passionate advocate for residents, promoting their health, safety, and overall well-being.<\/p>

Daniel\u2019s professional contributions extend beyond his immediate community. He has served with the National Council of State Boards of Nursing as a member of the NCLEX review panel and has received numerous accolades recognizing his excellence in nursing. Additionally, he leads risk management programs for Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.<\/p>

A graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Daniel holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Healthcare Management and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

An Auburn University graduate, Andrea brings over 22 years of executive leadership in strategic planning, financial management, and community development.<\/p>

Most notably, she led the revival of Eighth Street Community, transforming it from near closure into a thriving, sustainable home for individuals with disabilities and complex needs. Guided by her belief that\u00a0\u201cthe true reward of my work\u00a0is found\u00a0in serving others,\u201d<\/i>\u00a0Andrea has dedicated her career to enriching the lives of older people and those with disabilities.<\/p>

A native of Madison County, she is married to her high-school sweetheart, Daniel; they have two sons, Lawson and Nate. Trena comes to Madison at the Range from Florida where she practiced Real Estate for 15 years. Prior to that she worked in Senior Care, helping seniors in their homes. Trena and her family moved to Morgan County, AL in 2020 where she began working in Senior Living and combining her love for seniors with her experience in sales.<\/p>

Trena and her husband have been married for over 26 years and have 3 beautiful children, two boys and a girl. As a family they love sports and spend a lot of time at the kid\u2019s football and basketball games.<\/p>

Jinx comes to Madison at the Range with extensive grassroots experience in various administrative positions. Prior to joining Madison at the Range, Jinx\u2019s background includes Director of Education for Crye-Leike College in Tennessee, Residential Manager for various communities in Florida, Mortgage Loan Officer, and the Market Relations Director for MarMac Real Estate.<\/p>

Jinx moved to the Madison area to be closer to her two grown children who work locally for defense contractors; as well as close to her 5 grandchildren. Julie is originally from Port St. Lucie, Florida and has lived in Madison, AL since 1997. She has a wonderful husband of 17 years along with a beautiful teenage daughter and two dogs. As a family, they have a deep love for nature and love to spend time in the great outdoors hiking, searching for waterfalls, and enjoying God’s beautiful creations. They also enjoy family game nights, reading devotionals and volunteering together.\u00a0<\/div>

Julie has been a licensed social worker for 10 years and has a passion for serving people and the community. Julie has a strong love for the seniors living at Madison at the Range and is committed to improving their quality of life.\u00a0<\/div>

With decades of experience, I remain committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports both the physical and emotional well-being of our residents.

Outside of work, I\u2019m a proud mom of four grown sons and a grandmother to five amazing grandchildren who keep me on my toes! I enjoy roller skating, hiking through Alabama\u2019s natural beauty, and the occasional casino getaway with my wonderful husband. Nicki has been dedicated to serving the elderly since the age of 16, with over 30 years in healthcare and nearly 20 years as a Registered Nurse. Nicki’s experience includes long-term care, rehab, hospice, home health, ER, trauma and critical care. She’s originally from Fort Payne, Alabama, and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her niece, Maven, and nephew, Liam. Building strong connections with residents, families, and staff is at the heart of her work, and she is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care.<\/p>

Jerryd is originally from Olympia, WA., and spent his childhood growing up in the small town of Shelton, WA. Jarryd stayed busy with much of his time at home helping his dad with many projects, as he got older, he realized how much he enjoyed working with his hands. After becoming a care giver at the age of 18, Jerryd realized he had a passion for working in the geriatric community. Eventually he began to take on more of a role in maintenance and worked his way to becoming the Director of Building Services<\/span>.<\/p>
