Kristofer joins the Madison at Oviedo team with over 20 years of experience in senior living.\u00a0 Early in his career, Kristofer served as an Administrator in Training for Life Care Centers of America.\u00a0 He later obtained his Health Care Administration license and was promoted to an Executive Director role in 2002.<\/p>

While serving as an Executive Director, he was a mentor to all new Executive Directors for the state of Florida and became a Regional Director, supporting multiple properties. \u00a0Kristofer possesses a wealth of knowledge in senior living having successfully served in many capacities in Operations and Sales with one of his recent roles being a Regional Sales Manager serving the Central Florida Region.\u00a0 He considers it an honor and a privilege to have the opportunity to make a positive impact on residents, families, and team members while serving.<\/p>

Kristofer is originally from Syracuse NY. He and his wife Amy have two daughters and three crazy dogs. With over five years of experience as a Sales and Marketing Director, Shalanta has a proven track record of developing and implementing high-impact sales and marketing strategies. She began her career shortly after graduating from college as a long-term care Social Worker, where she cultivated a genuine approach centered on building strong, lasting relationships with residents and their families. Outside of work, Shalanta enjoys “keeping up” with two teenagers and spending quality time with her family. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Alexis joined Atlas Senior Living in 2019 and shortly after was promoted to Business Office Coordinator at Legacy Ridge Trussville. Alexis remained at Legacy Ridge Trussville until 2025, building strong relationships, helping ensure smooth day-today- operations, and serving residents, families, and team members. Alexis was promoted as the Business Office Specialist in June of 2025, expanding her role to support multiple Atlas communities across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Sharon joins the Madison at Oviedo team with over 10 years of experience in the senior living industry. She discovered her passion for seniors through her grandparents, as she cared for them and realized senior care is where her heart lies. The best part of her day is ensuring our residents care for the way she would have wanted her grandparents to be cared for.<\/p>

Sharon believes resident care is what makes our community strong, and can often be seen throughout the community assisting with the day-to-day needs of our residents.<\/p>

Although originally from Kentucky, Sharon has lived in Florida for the last 20 years and can often be found relaxing at the beach in her free time. She also loves spending time with her adult daughter in Kentucky, enjoying nature through paddle boarding, and taking trips out to the range.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Pam joined our Madison at Oviedo team in 2012. She is responsible for all aspects of our billing, invoicing, payroll, and human resources activities. Pam\u2019s passion for senior living began over 30 years ago while in nursing school. She enjoys<\/span>\u00a0spending her free time with her high school sweetheart and now husband of 33 years, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Conswhala brings over 10 years of experience to serving residents with Alzheimer\u2019s. She enjoys interacting with our residents, joining on their journey, and making it her priority to put residents first every day. Aaliyah joined the Madison at Oviedo team in 2021 as part of the dining staff where she initially started as a server in our dining room. She was eager to learn and easily took on her next the role as a cook. She often prepared specialty items per resident request such as her famous potato soup.<\/p>

While working at Madison she has also helped with activities programming during events and lead programming on the weekends. She is excited to start a new journey as our the assisted living Lifestyles Program Director. Aaliyah enjoys music and dancing. Sheily was born and raised in Puerto Rico but lived in California for four years before moving to Florida. Growing up she was always in the kitchen and loved to cook. She often helped her dad prepare meals and enjoyed baking and decorating cakes with her mom. Sheily has been working in the food service industry for over 20 years and has obtained the skills and knowledge to deliver amazing meals every day. She also specializes in baking homemade birthday cakes for our residents and is passionate about creating special events to remember. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful children.
