This helps our associates have more job satisfaction; thus, they enjoy their positions and remain committed to our mission and values longer. Further-more, our residents get a higher quality of care and can age in place versus the national average for memory care communities. It allows the residents to become familiar with their surroundings, their caregivers, and the other residents in the cottage which fosters relationships and encourages socialization. This also allows our care associates the opportunity to keep a closer watch on residents which better ensures safety and wellbeing.<\/li><\/ol>
        1. We offer personalized activities tailored to our resident’s abilities and interests. Our Lifestyles Director has been recognized as one of the best in the industry by her peers and excels at keeping our residents engaged. She trains other Lifestyles Directors throughout the southeast on best practices of resident programming in memory care communities. Therefore, our residents become oriented to their environment quicker, and this is best for their overall well-being.<\/li><\/ol>

Madison Heights offers “The Bridge Home” program that allows those with dementia to be discharged directly from the hospital or inpatient rehab and continue therapy services with our in-house rehab team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists.
