Bonnie has always lived life with a sense of adventure.
She grew up in Melbourne, Florida, and after graduating from high school moved to Atlanta, where she began a nearly 40-year career with Delta Air Lines in Reservations. Bonnie made many lifetime friends and was well respected throughout her career.<\/p>

Adventure has always been part of who she is. Bonnie made more than 1,000 skydives over the years and was even part of the women’s largest skydive formation, earning a place in the Guinness Book of World Records. She was a champion water skier whose tricks on the water were enviable. Besides racing her Porsche 911 she was also an avid Harley-Davidson rider who enjoyed the freedom of the open road. She loved life in the fast lane!<\/p>

After retiring from Delta, Bonnie moved to the mountains near Asheville, North Carolina, where she embraced the outdoor lifestyle, she loved so much. She enjoyed hiking, camping, gardening and spending time in nature. Never one to sit still, worked part-time at Asheville’s Folk Art Center, and later she started her own in-home dog care business.<\/p>

Dogs have always held a special place in Bonnie’s heart and continue to bring her great joy. She also enjoys watching NASCAR and anything that reminds her of adventure, travel, and the outdoors.
Bonnie has spent her life exploring, staying active, and trying new things. She is independent, energetic, and happiest when she has something interesting to do, somewhere to go, or someone to talk with. While her skydiving and Harley-riding days may be behind her, her adventurous spirit remains very much alive.
