Marguerite Anderson<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Marguerite Anderson was born in 1932 in Jeff Davis County, Georgia, and raised on a farm as the oldest of eight children to farmers Mildred and Bill Graham. From an early age, she carried responsibility with grace, helping raise her younger siblings while excelling in school and community life.
As a teenager, Marguerite enjoyed sewing, cooking, and playing basketball. Her dedication to learning paid off when she graduated at the top of her class from Hazlehurst High School. At just 19, she married Benny Carter, and the couple moved to Savannah, Georgia, where they raised two sons, Gary and Brian.
After her children were grown, Marguerite began a successful career at Gulfstream Aerospace, where she worked until retirement. Later in life, she divorced and married Andy Anderson, with whom she shared many happy years.
Marguerite is the proud mother of two sons and grandmother of five grandchildren. She is known for her love of cooking and baking, nurturing plants, caring for cats, and her deep involvement in church life, including singing in the church choir. Her life reflects hard work, faith, and a quiet strength rooted in family and service.
