Caleb comes to Legacy Ridge Assisted Living and Memory Care with 4 years of sales experience in the insurance industry, serving the greater Atlanta area. A product of a military family, Caleb values being of service to his community and sees a great opportunity with Atlas, and more specifically with Legacy Ridge Trussville. He and his lovely wife, Haley, recently moved back to the Birmingham area to be closer to family and loved ones.\u00a0<\/p>

When he is not working at Legacy. You may find Caleb on stage. Caleb is an accomplished actor and singer who has performed professionally all over the country for the last 12 years. He is also an avid golfer, playing every chance he can get.<\/p>

Alexis joined Atlas Senior Living in 2019 and shortly after was promoted to Business Office Coordinator at Legacy Ridge Trussville. Alexis remained at Legacy Ridge Trussville until 2025, building strong relationships, helping ensure smooth day-today- operations, and serving residents, families, and team members. Alexis was promoted as the Business Office Specialist in June of 2025, expanding her role to support multiple Atlas communities across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Kaysie joined Legacy Ridge in April 2022, and we are so excited to have her be a part of our community. Kaysie graduated from\u00a0 Jacksonville State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is a registered nurse.<\/p>

Kaysie loves working with seniors because she is able to positively impact their lives every day. She has been married for 11 years and has two wonderful children who are 10 and 6 years old. Asia Layfield joined our team in October 2024, bringing over four years of experience in customer service and management, along with a strong background in geriatric care. She holds a degree in Medical Billing and Coding and has also completed a Medical Assistant program.

Asia\u2019s passion for senior care was inspired by her mother, a dedicated caregiver for over 25 years. Growing up, she witnessed the impact of compassionate care firsthand and developed a deep commitment to making a difference in the lives of seniors. While she explored various career paths, she always found herself drawn back to working with the elderly, recognizing her calling to serve and support families in meaningful ways.

As our Assisted Living Lifestyles Coordinator, Asia brings warmth, energy, and dedication to creating engaging experiences for our community. Her caring nature and enthusiasm make her an invaluable part of our team.

Known for her attention to detail and friendly, approachable attitude, Harleigh is a go-to person for both staff and residents. Outside of work, she\u2019s a proud mom to a 4-month-old and loves spending quality time with her family and friends. Calvin Smith brings over 20 years of experience in the maintenance field, with more than 12 of those years dedicated to Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Independent Living communities. As our Maintenance Director, his calm, friendly, and dedicated approach ensures a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.<\/p>

Originally from Miami, Florida, Calvin frequently visits his 91-year-old mother, who still resides there. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, children, grandchildren, and his beloved dog, Sheeba. Family is at the heart of everything he does, and his commitment to creating a warm, well-maintained community makes him an invaluable part of our team.<\/p>
