This month, we are proud to recognize Alexis as our Associate of the Month!
Although Alexis has only been part of the Legacy Ridge Marietta family for just a few months, she has already made a lasting impression on our community. Her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to lend a helping hand wherever needed have quickly made her an invaluable member of our team. No matter the task, Alexis approaches each day with a smile and a genuine desire to make a difference.
When describing her typical day, Alexis says it is busy, rewarding, and demanding\u2014a reflection of her dedication to providing exceptional care for our residents. Looking ahead, she plans to continue her education, earn her Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) credential, and ultimately pursue a career in pediatrics.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

What Alexis enjoys most about working at Legacy Ridge is “putting a smile on the residents’ faces and lending a helping hand.” She also shared that the meaningful relationships she has built with residents are what make her most proud. If she had the opportunity to spend a day in another role, she would choose to work as a Medication Technician (Med Tech), continuing to expand her skills while serving our residents.
Alexis’s compassion, dedication, and commitment to those she cares for make her a truly valued member of the Legacy Ridge team. We are grateful to have her as part of our family and look forward to watching her continue to grow and succeed.
