class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>This month we celebrate one of our residents who has been part of community for a short time but has made a big impact. Miss Ann Tipping is our Resident of the Month. From the very first day she has had a great positive attitude and truly made connections with everyone.<br \/>Originally from Pennsylvania, Miss Ann has two adult children and retired from the Real Estate industry. Some of her proudest accomplishments come from selling homes.<br \/>Miss Ann&#8217;s Philosophy on life is simply put &#8220;be kind&#8221;. Her advice even follows the same mantra of being kind and listening to your elders.<br \/>At Legacy Ridge you could find Ann joining all the activities but says her best socialization time is meal time. A great conversationalist and it is always a joy to see he put a smile on someone&#8217;s face.<br \/>if there was a song that could describe Ann&#8217;s life it would be &#8220;Let It Be&#8221;, a mantra that allows the optimism to exude.<br \/>If there was a job at Legacy that Ann would do for a day, it would be being the receptionist.
