Stephen was born and raised in Alabama. Graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor\u2019s degree in Healthcare Administration.\u00a0 He is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and worked in a nursing home for 3 years.\u00a0 Also worked as an Executive Director of the Boys and Girls Club. Has been an Assisted Living\/Memory Care & Independent Living Executive Director for the past 7 years.<\/p>

He is an Alabama football fan and enjoy spending time with his family, especially his two nephews. Stephen and his wife Ashley are expecting their first child in September. Her name will be Raylan Marie.<\/p>

Working in senior living is his true passion and a call to service that he has been drawn to from an early age. Meet our new Director of Sales and Marketing, Natalie. Natalie has over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry and worked as a wedding planner for years in Santa Rosa Beach, FL where she met her husband, Boots. She realized her true passion for serving seniors after opening a new senior living community in Tallahassee, Florida where she built lasting relationships with many residents and their families.<\/p>

After relocating to the Atlanta area with her husband and nine-month-old son, Hayes, she knew she wanted to continue her passion for loving on seniors, so she joined our team.<\/p>

Tera is a native of Central Illinois and relocated to Georgia in 2014 for warmer weather.\u00a0 Tera started her employment with State Farm Insurance Companies at their Corporate Headquarters where she held various roles.\u00a0 This is where Tera met her husband, Scott.\u00a0 Together they relocated with State Farm to several different cities and states.\u00a0 After taking time off to raise her three children, Tera began volunteering for the high school\u2019s marching band.\u00a0 Tera held positions of President and Treasurer for two multi-million dollar programs. \u00a0After her children finished high school, Tera found her true passion of working with seniors.\u00a0 Tera loves interacting with the residents and listening to stories about their past.\u00a0 When Tera is not in the office, she enjoys all types of crafts and DIY home improvements.\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

While residing in Naples, Florida, I have honed my culinary expertise across various esteemed country clubs, collaborating with exceptional chefs along the way. My culinary journey began at Golf Harbor Country Club in Fort Myers, where I seized the opportunity as a grill cook, skillfully preparing an array of proteins such as veal chops, lamb rack, duck breast, filet mignon, and more. Venturing to Naples, I continued my culinary exploration as a grill cook at Mediterra Country Club, delving into the realms of soups, sauces, and off-site catering.<\/p>

Under the guidance of CIA graduate Chef Gregg John, I absorbed invaluable culinary insights, cultivating my passion for the art of cooking. Drawing inspiration from culinary luminaries like Thomas Keller, Gordon Ramsay, John George, and Charlie Trotter, I dedicated the first decade of my career to working under exceptional chefs at various country clubs. Notably, I had the privilege of preparing meals for distinguished figures such as George W. Since I was little, I have been interested in the medical field because most of my family works in this sector. However, my background was in the construction sector, and until 2014 I could fulfill my dream of serving in the medical sector by moving into the maintenance director role in a skilled nursing facility, after that I just fell in love with senior living, I don\u2019t see myself doing anything else in my career.
