    • Assorted berries(black, blue, rasp) Marashino Cherries\u00a0<\/li>
    • Heavy cream 1 quart<\/li>
    • Whole eggs 7<\/li>
    • Brown sugar two cups<\/li>
    • Granulated cane sugar 2\/3 cups<\/li>
    • Vanilla extract (Madagascar if possible) 2 table spoons<\/li>
    • Nutmeg 2 tablespoons<\/li>
    • Cinnamon 3 table spoons<\/li>
    • Bourbon of choice \u00a03 ounces\u00a0<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      1. Carefully mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. It\u2019s best to kneed and mix with hands so that everything is evenly mixed. Be sure not to crush berries.\u00a0<\/li>
      2. Once thoroughly mixed, pour into an oiled pan. Two pan against table to purge air bubbles. \u00a0Place into an oven preheated to 350 degrees.<\/li>
      3. Allow to bake for 35 minutes.<\/li>
      4. Once baked and cooled, dress with vanilla cream anglaise: whole cream, tablespoon of room temperature butter, vanilla extract, table spoon bourbon, table spoon. Powdered sugar, 3 cups.<\/li>
      5. Whip until smooth. Pour over \u00a0bread pudding. Dress with berries and mint leaf.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

        • 1 pound of ground beef<\/li>
        • 1 egg<\/li>
        • \u00bc cup of dry breadcrumbs<\/li>
        • 1 onion diced<\/li>
        • 1 cup of brown sugar\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • 3 tablespoons of all-purpose flour<\/li>
        • 1 \u00bd cup of water<\/li>
        • \u00bc cup of distilled white vinegar\u00a0<\/span><\/li>
        • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

          1. Combine beef, egg, breadcrumbs, and onion.<\/p><\/li>

          2. Mix thoroughly and shape into golf-ball sized balls<\/p><\/li>

          3. Brown meatballs and set aside.<\/p><\/li>

          4. Combine (in saucepan) brown sugar, flour, water, vinegar, and soy sauce. (Medium Heat)<\/p><\/li>

          5. Add Meatballs and bring to a boil.<\/p><\/li>

          6. Reduce heat and simmer, and stir often for 30 minutes.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

            CiCi\u2019s Lasagna Recipe<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

            1. \u00a0<\/span>Start by Boiling a pot of water (Tall Pot) on high.<\/p><\/li>

            2. Get out a cutting board and cut up Onions <\/b>(2).<\/p><\/li>

            3. In a saucepan add Ground Beef<\/b>; at least a 1.5lbs.<\/p><\/li>

            4. Season the ground beef with Salt, Pepper, Cumin, and Oregano<\/b>.<\/p><\/li>

            5. Add Onions also to saucepan. If you like, you can add cut up Tomatoes.<\/i><\/b><\/p><\/li>

            6. <\/i><\/b>Let the beef cook down on Medium-High<\/b> until it is cooked well-done (Be sure to drain off any excess grease)<\/i><\/b><\/p><\/li>

            7. <\/i><\/b>When the water starts to boil in the tall pot, add one box Lasagna Noodles<\/b>. (They can be bought from your local grocery store).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            8. Add Oil <\/b>to the water, so the noodles will not stick. (Noodles should take no longer than 10 minutes<\/b> to cook; bring down to Medium-High).<\/p><\/li>

            9. After your drain off your meat add (2) cans of Tomato Sauce (Bring down to Medium-Low).<\/p><\/li>

            10. Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees.<\/b><\/p><\/li>

            11. <\/b>Stir in your tomato sauce with the beef in the saucepan.<\/p><\/li>

            12. When Noodles and Beef are done get out a large pan<\/b>.<\/p><\/li>

            13. You will need (2 medium) sized containers of Ricotta Cheese<\/b>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            14. In your Pan your will layer: noodles, ricotta cheese, beef, ricotta cheese and then noodles<\/b> again until filled to top. When doing this, you should end with Noodles on top.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            15. On top of the noodles your will need Mozzarella Cheese<\/b> (Found at your local grocery store).\u00a0<\/span><\/p><\/li>

            16. You will then put the Lasagna in the oven for 20 Minutes<\/b> or until the top is golden brown<\/b>.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

              Thelma's Banana Pudding<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

              Ingredients<\/h3><\/div><\/div>
              • Sliced 4 to 5 bananas<\/li>
              • 1\/3 cup of Flour (All Purpose)<\/li>
              • 1 box of Vanilla Wafers<\/li>
              • 2 cups of Sugar (Granulated)<\/li>
              • 2 cups of “half and half” (whole milk and can sweetened condensed milk)<\/li>
              • 6 large eggs ( separate the yolk from the egg white)<\/li>
              • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract<\/li>
              • 1\/2 tablespoon of lemon extract<\/li>
              • 1 teaspoon of salt<\/li>
              • 1 teaspoon of cream of tartar<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div>

                Directions<\/strong><\/h3><\/div><\/div>
                1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.<\/li>
                2. Make the custard first by mixing flour, sugar and salt. Then separate your eggs, beat the egg yolks, and combine with the milk in a separate bowl. Mix the egg yolk and milk mixture into the flour, sugar and salt.\u00a0Be sure to keep the egg whites for the meringue topping.<\/em><\/li>
                3. Place mixture in a saucepan over low to medium heat, stirring constantly until it thickens. This is where you stir in your vanilla and lemon extract.<\/li>
                4. Once the mixture has thickened to a custard texture, set aside to start your layering.<\/li>
                5. In a large glass pan or baking bowl, place a layer of wafers on the bottom, then a layer of bananas on top of the wafer, and\u00a0 then pour a layer of custard (pudding) on top of the bananas. Repeat these steps making layers, until all ingredients are gone.<\/li>
                6. Meringue Topping: Beat your egg whites that are now at room temp with a mixer. Mixer needs to be on high in order for egg whites to start to foam, but do not over beat. Slowly add in your cream of tartar, 1\/2 cup of sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla extract. Continue to beat to a smooth texture and peaks form.<\/li>
                7. Pour topping over banana pudding and place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes.<\/li><\/ol><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
