She knew that this was the job for her because she enjoys fostering relationships with seniors. Ciara states, &#8220;In this role I am sometimes the 1st point of contact for potential new residents. For current residents I am here to be a listening ear to make sure their concerns or suggestions get to the right person. That&#8217;s important to them and that&#8217;s important to me.&#8221; Ciara&#8217;s favorite part of her job is seeing the residents daily and assisting them with whatever they need. When Ciara isn&#8217;t working, she enjoys attending K-pop concerts or relaxing at home. Thank you, Ciara, for your hard work and dedication to our residents.
