Luquise \"Q\" Baldwin<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Luquise \u201cQ\u201d Baldwin is a dedicated Med Tech in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community and has been a valued member of the Legacy Reserve family for the past three months. In a short amount of time, Q\u2019s caring heart, joyful personality, and passion for helping others have made her a wonderful addition to our team.<\/p>

Outside of Legacy, Q is a loving wife and proud mom of two. Caring for others comes naturally to her, and she believes in finding a reason to smile and enjoy life no matter what kind of day she may be having. One of the things she appreciates most about working with seniors is the perspective they bring. Q says our residents remind her every day of just how blessed she truly is.<\/span><\/p>

When asked what she enjoys most about working at Legacy, Q shared that it is the opportunity to care, love, and enjoy life each day. She especially admires our residents for their willingness to continue growing, adapting, and finding ways to improve their quality of life.<\/p>

Q\u2019s heart for serving others extends far beyond her work at Legacy. Something many people may be surprised to learn is that she has a nonprofit organization called \u201cBlessed to Be a Blessing,\u201d which is dedicated to helping those who are less fortunate. It is a beautiful reflection of Q\u2019s belief in giving back and being there for others whenever she can.<\/p>

When asked what she would like others to know about her, Q shared a sentiment that perfectly captures her heart for what she does:<\/p>

\u201cI love what I do, and the money will never add up, but God will always make a way for what you love to do.\u201d<\/p>

Q\u2019s compassion, positivity, and genuine love for caring for others shine through in everything she does. Charlotte Neal<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Charlotte is the best Transportation Coordinator around, but she is so much more than our transportation driver. She brings countless talents and a wonderful personality to Legacy Reserve every day. Charlotte is an award-winning baker and artist, having earned Blue Ribbons for both her pies and her sculpting. She also enjoys painting, crafting, decorating, and sharing her great sense of humor with residents and coworkers alike. Known as our resident animal lover, Charlotte stays busy caring for her six dogs, one cat, 20 chickens, and one rooster. Her love for animals is just one of the many things that makes her unique. Charlotte is also proud of her small but talented family. Her son, Robert, has a gift for fixing just about anything, while her daughter, Melody, is a talented singer, jewelry maker, and possesses many other creative skills. One interesting fact about Charlotte is that she was one of only five female airport directors in the early 1980s\u2014a remarkable achievement and a testament to her determination and leadership. Charlotte is truly an asset to Legacy Reserve. Our residents adore her, and she genuinely cares for each of them. We are grateful for her dedication, kindness, and the joy she brings to our community every day.
