Janice Givens Executive Director

Janice Givens

Executive Director

Janice is a Floridian, born and raised in Brevard County. She has been in operations, finance, sales and marketing for over 20 years. Starting her career at Chase Bank in 2000, she quickly gained experience in all aspects of finance and operations, while also becoming a top sales producer in her region. Janice graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.

After 15 years in the financial industry, she decided to make a career change and found senior living to be her true passion. Janice has successfully served in many capacities within multiple senior living communities. This has provided her with a wealth of knowledge she now uses to support operations within the Atlas communities.

Rebecca Gorman, Sales and Marketing Director | Madison at Oviedo

Becca is a Floridian who grew up in Central Florida and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After starting her journey in senior living several years ago, she joined the Madison family in 2021. When she is not in the office, you can find her traveling to different states — or even out of the country.

Pam McCune Business Office Director Madison At Oviedo

Business Office Director

Pam joined our Madison at Oviedo team in 2012. She is responsible for all aspects of our billing, invoicing, payroll, and human resources activities. Pam’s passion for senior living began over 30 years ago while in nursing school. She enjoys spending her free time with her high school sweetheart and now husband of 33 years, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Pam has three adult children and has lived in the Oviedo area for 30 years. 

Sharon Crouch Wellness Director Madison At Oviedo

Wellness Director

Sharon joins the Madison at Oviedo team with over 10 years of experience in the senior living industry. She discovered her passion for seniors through her grandparents, as she cared for them and realized senior care is where her heart lies. The best part of her day is ensuring our residents care for the way she would have wanted her grandparents to be cared for.

Sharon believes resident care is what makes our community strong, and can often be seen throughout the community assisting with the day-to-day needs of our residents.

Although originally from Kentucky, Sharon has lived in Florida for the last 20 years and can often be found relaxing at the beach in her free time. She also loves spending time with her adult daughter in Kentucky, enjoying nature through paddle boarding, and taking trips out to the range.

Conswhala Hamilton Lifestyles Program Manager Madison At Oviedo

Lifestyles Program Manager

Conswhala brings over 10 years of experience to serving residents with Alzheimer’s. She enjoys interacting with our residents, joining on their journey, and making it her priority to put residents first every day. When Conswhala isn’t playing music and bingo with our residents, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and raising butterflies.

Marian Behardosingh, MC Lifestyles Coordinator | Madison at Oviedo

Marian Behardosingh

MC Lifestyles Coordinator

Marian Behardosingh has had a passion for serving residents for many years. She is a dedicated leader who always strives to obtain the necessary resources for the elderly resident’s community programs. Marian dedicates herself carefully tailoring to each resident’s individual needs.  She has over 10 years of experience in management, life skills counseling, and community outreach.

Marian is a graduate of Springfield College where she obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Services. Marian also received her business Science in Management degree at Cardinal Stritch University. After years of taking care of her mother who struggled with Alzheimer’s, she was able to bring her from St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands to live with her here in Oviedo.  Sadly, her mother passed away four years later at the age of 94. After volunteering and sharing her time within senior living communities and private homes, her passion for the elderly led her to Madison at Oviedo. 

Sheily Brett Dining Services Director Madison At Oviedo

Sheily Brett

Dining Service Director

Sheily was born and raised in Puerto Rico but lived in California for four years before moving to Florida. Growing up she was always in the kitchen and loved to cook. She often helped her dad prepare meals and enjoyed baking and decorating cakes with her mom. Sheily has been working in the food service industry for over 20 years and has obtained the skills and knowledge to deliver amazing meals every day. She also specializes in baking homemade birthday cakes for our residents and is passionate about creating special events to remember. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has two beautiful children. In her free time, Sheily enjoys catering weddings and spending time with her family.

Miguel Matias, Maintenance Director | Madison at Oviedo

Miguel Matias

Maintenance Director

Miguel was born and raised in Puerto Rico. Before moving to Florida, he lived in Buffalo NY for 14 years. He has almost two decades of experience as a Maintenance Director. During his free time he enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
